Fix The District WIMBLEDON

The campaign mailing list

If you add your email to the campaign list, here's exactly what happens:

  • What we collect: your email address, and an optional first name if you give one.
  • Why: to send you occasional updates about the Fix The District campaign — progress, how to help, and key moments like petition or press pushes. That's the only thing we use it for.
  • Lawful basis: your consent. We only add you when you tick the consent box yourself. We never pre-tick it and never add people who haven't asked.
  • Where it's stored: with Resend, the email provider that sends the updates. We do not store your email in any other database.
  • Unsubscribe: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it any time and you're removed immediately.
  • We never sell, rent, or share the list with anyone, or use it for anything other than this campaign.

Reports you submit

When you report a delay, we store what you submit — date, time, station, direction, type of issue, estimated delay, and your description — together with the live TfL status at that moment. Reports are held in our database, hosted by Supabase.

Your name only appears on a report if you choose to add it; by doing so you agree to it being shown publicly on this site. Leave it blank and the report shows as “Anonymous”. We use this data solely to build evidence for improving the District line, and all of it may be included in reports shared with your local MP, TfL, and the Department for Transport. We do not share it with third parties for any other purpose.

We keep reports for as long as the campaign is active, because the evidence value builds up over time. Ask us any time to remove yours — see below.

Messages you send us

If you use “Suggest an improvement” or “Get in touch”, or email us directly, your message — and any name or reply-to email you include — is delivered to the campaign team by email (via Resend) and as a private notification in our team's Telegram. We use it only to read and reply, and keep it no longer than we need to for that.

Removing your data

To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any campaign email. To have a report removed, or to ask what we hold about you, email privacy@fixthedistrict.org and we'll sort it.
